Life Sciences IT (LSIT)
The LSIT actively contributes to the campus life at the TUM School of Life Sciences through its various services.
Approximately 180 computer workstations are available in seven IT rooms for students and staff. With 24-hour access, all of our IT rooms can be used around the clock. The IT rooms are maintained and monitored by the LSIT, which includes regular inspections, room planning, and the installation and maintenance of standard and specialized software.
The LSIT Helpdesk is the central point of contact for any IT questions on campus, and more information about its services can be found here. Answers to common questions are available in our FAQ.
Lecturers can have their exam papers printed via our exam printing service.
Staff can also borrow a YubiKey from us to sign in with passkeys.
In addition, the LSIT supports applications for scientific workstations (WAP) and coordinates the Computer Investment Program (CIP).
