Online Workshop Staying calm with autogenic training and progressive muscle relaxation for TUM Students
This workshop combines different relaxation techniques with classic stress management: Learn quickly and easily how to put yourself in a relaxed state by using the power of thought (AT: Autogenic Training) and tensing and relaxing your muscles (PMR: Progressive Muscle Relaxation). Find out which technique is best for you to find more calm. Learn new ways to better manage or even avoid stress during the exam period. After a brief theoretical insight into the methods and modes of action, we will actively practice the techniques.
